To post a picture, you need to have it uploaded with a site like photobucket. They will provide you with a url to your image and in you post, you put the URL between [i mg] and [/i mg] (without the space between the 'i' and 'm').

You can also click on the button that looks like this [image] when you post. It is in the 'Add Tags' section, above the message box.
